Pet Information
Name, breed, type, gender, weight, date of birth
Photos of the pet
Collar ID linked via NFC
Owner Information
Name, phone number, email, and address
This allows someone who finds the pet to contact the owner directly
Location Information
Real-time location of the pet if the collar is lost
Used solely to help return the pet to its owner
Device and Usage Information
Device type, operating system, IP address, app usage
Support Communications
Messages you send to us for support
We do not collect information from children under 16.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
Help reunite lost pets with their owners
Allow finders to contact owners directly via phone or email
Show photos and information of pets to assist in finding them
Provide personalized app features and notifications
Respond to support inquiries and improve the Services
Ensure security and prevent misuse
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes.

8. Account and Data Deletion
A. Deleting Your Account
Log in to the TailTracker app.
Go to Edit Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.
Please note: This action cannot be undone.
B. Deleting Specific Data
Log in to the TailTracker app.
Go to Edit Profile.
Remove the data you want to delete (e.g., location, phone number).
Click Save Profile to update your information.
