At Tail Tracker, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.
Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
The collar has a manufacturing defect.
The collar arrives torn, damaged, or not functioning properly (NFC malfunction).
The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
We allow product exchanges in case of:
Size issues.
Manufacturing defects.
Damage upon delivery.
Customers requesting exchanges for size or preference may be responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product was misused.
Damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling.
The NFC was tampered with.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
