Refund and Exchange Policy

At Tail Tracker, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The collar has a manufacturing defect.

  • The collar arrives torn, damaged, or not functioning properly (NFC malfunction).

  • The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Exchanges

We allow product exchanges in case of:

  • Size issues.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Damage upon delivery.

Customers requesting exchanges for size or preference may be responsible for shipping fees.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product was misused.

  • Damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling.

  • The NFC was tampered with.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
